Build Skills & Confidence This Fall with HRYL Clinics
Is your child curious about lacrosse — or looking to sharpen the skills they’ve already started learning? This fall, HRYL is offering four exciting clinics for boys and girls in grades K–8.
Our Fall Clinics are designed for:
-
Kids who are brand new to lacrosse and want to try it out in a fun, welcoming setting.
-
Players who have a season or two of experience and are eager to build confidence, improve fundamentals, and get more touches before spring.
Each session focuses on the core skills of lacrosse — catching, throwing, cradling, dodging, shooting, and footwork — all taught in a fun, safe, “No Contact” environment that’s perfect for learning and developing.
📅 Clinic Dates: Sept 21, Sept 28, Oct 5, Oct 19 (Make-up date Oct 26)
🕓 Time: 4:00–5:30 PM
📍 Location: Herndon High School Back Turf Field
💲 Fee: $40 for all four sessions
What to bring: A lacrosse stick, mouthguard, cleats or athletic shoes, and a water bottle. Don’t have a stick yet? No problem — just let us know during registration if your child needs a loaner.
And it’s not just about the players — we need volunteers too! Former coaches, new adult helpers (with background check & training), and especially high school players who’d like to earn community service hours are encouraged to help support our clinics.
