We recommend each coach complete the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Double Goal Coach online training course.

HRYL has proudly maintained a membership with PCA for the past three years. PCA provides a wealth of knowledge and tools to help coaches create a positive, character-building sports environment.
Last year, our baseball, field hockey, and lacrosse programs recognized the value of PCA’s offerings by requesting virtual training seats.

As we approach the fall season, we want to remind our lacrosse coaches that the virtual training seats are still available—but time is running out! These training opportunities expire on October 12th, and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of them. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your coaching skills and make a lasting impact on your players.
